Intricacy 0.9, with windows build finally

This new release updates the UI, with more extensive animation to illustrate game mechanics, reworked default keybindings, and many small QoL improvements. It also introduces a new tutorial level and 3 new initiation levels to smooth the learning curve.

This also marks the first time since version 0.7.0.1 in 2017 that I have been able to provide a Windows build. For those who have been stuck on that old version, here's a brief summary of the major changes since then. Most dramatically, the game now starts by presenting itself as a straightforward single-player puzzle game, with an "initiation" consisting of a progression of increasingly difficult puzzles. This introductory phase is intended to prepare players for the multi-player game which is revealed when they complete the initiation. See the README if you want to skip past this. Meanwhile, the UI has improved significantly, with animated movement, less fiddly mouse controls, the ability to directly edit spring compression, and miscellaneous prettification and optimisation. Also, the interesting but unintended possibility of compressing springs to zero length has been eliminated. Finally, the scoring system has been simplified.
